Amor II Floating Home Reinvents the Luxury Yacht Lifestyle

Amor II Brings the Luxury Yacht Lifestyle Into a New Era of Floating Living

Oasis Meu introduces Amor II, a 39-foot floating residence combining electric propulsion, solar energy, contemporary architecture, and private waterfront living for The 1%.

The relationship between luxury real estate and life on the water is entering an intriguing new chapter. Croatian marine company Oasis Meu has introduced Amor II, a 39-foot floating residence conceived to unite the comfort of a private home with the freedom and lifestyle of a luxury yacht.
Created as part of the company’s Watersuite concept, Amor II brings together contemporary architecture, electric propulsion, solar technology, and thoughtfully designed living spaces. The result is a private residence that composes an intimate relationship between its occupants and the water that surrounds them.
For The 1%, this concept speaks to an evolving vision of luxury—one where privacy, autonomy, nature, and personalized experiences converge within a single, refined lifestyle.

A Floating Residence Inspired by the Luxury Yacht Lifestyle

Oasis Meu was founded in Croatia in 2020 by naval architect Maja Regjo, guided by a singular vision for residential living on the water.

The company launched its original Amor prototype in Croatia in 2023. That vessel became the foundation for Amor II, allowing the team to refine the construction, engineering, interior configuration, and energy systems of its second-generation Watersuite.
Amor II introduces composite construction and a mould-based production process designed to ensure consistency across future residences. Its 39-foot hull forms the base for a multi-level living environment that marries marine engineering with residential architecture.
The concept occupies an intriguing position within the luxury yacht landscape. Owners gain a permanent connection to the water alongside the privacy and familiarity of a personal residence.

Solar Energy Creates an Autonomous Experience

Energy independence sits at the very heart of Amor II.
Solar panels integrated across the rooftop generate electricity, stored within a battery bank positioned inside the hull. This energy powers the residence and its two 15 kW electric motors, allowing propulsion and onboard living systems to draw from the same integrated energy platform.

The electric propulsion system creates a serene experience on the water while complementing the architectural character of the residence.
Advanced energy and water management systems further support autonomous living, giving owners the freedom to spend extended periods immersed in nature.
For UHNWIs who seek privacy and freedom within exceptional natural environments, this level of autonomy adds another dimension to the luxury yacht lifestyle.

754 Square Feet of Contemporary Waterfront Living

Amor II offers approximately 754 square feet of living space distributed across multiple levels.
The interior features a redesigned kitchen, a primary suite on the upper deck, and an additional guest cabin on the lower level. Expanded storage supports extended stays and allows the residence to function as a genuine home upon the water.
Large glazed surfaces draw natural light throughout the interior while framing expansive views across the surrounding landscape. Wide sliding doors connect the living spaces directly with exterior terraces, creating a continuous dialogue between architecture and nature.
Materials and finishes have been carefully developed to establish a sophisticated residential atmosphere throughout the Watersuite.
For The 1%, these elements transform Amor II into a private environment where mornings, entertaining, relaxation, and evenings on the water become part of one seamless experience.

A Private Terrace With Direct Access to the Water

Exterior living plays an essential role in the Amor II experience.
One of the terraces features a Jacuzzi alongside direct water access via a dedicated ladder. The arrangement creates a private waterfront environment where owners and guests can move naturally between the residence, the terrace, and the sea.
This connection with the surrounding environment captures one of the defining attractions of life aboard a luxury yacht. The destination becomes part of the living space itself.

A quiet Mediterranean bay, an island marina, or a private waterfront resort can therefore become the setting for everyday life—a residential experience shaped by location and personal choice.

Where Luxury Real Estate Meets Yachting

Amor II also illustrates the growing relationship between hospitality, luxury real estate, and marine design.
Oasis Meu has conceived the Watersuite for private ownership as well as hospitality operators, resorts, and marinas. This versatility opens possibilities for private waterfront estates and exclusive hospitality destinations seeking distinctive accommodation experiences.
For UHNWIs, floating residences can also complement existing collections of international properties. A Watersuite introduces another form of private space, one defined by its direct relationship with the water.
The experience blends elements familiar to luxury yacht ownership with the atmosphere of a contemporary waterfront home, creating a distinctive proposition within the broader luxury lifestyle ecosystem.

Privacy and Nature Shape the Amor II Experience

The philosophy behind Amor II centers on privacy, comfort, and connection with nature.
These qualities increasingly define the experiences sought by The 1%, where personal space and control over one’s environment carry considerable value. Amor II translates those priorities into a compact marine residence designed around autonomous living.
Electric propulsion supports peaceful movement across the water, solar technology provides energy for daily life, and expansive glazing sustains a visual relationship with the surrounding landscape.
The architecture becomes a framework for experiencing the destination itself.

Amor II Prepares for Its First Delivery

The first Amor II is currently in production, with delivery scheduled for early 2027.
Its arrival introduces a distinctive perspective on the future of the luxury yacht lifestyle, where marine technology, residential architecture, and autonomous energy systems increasingly exist within the same experience.
For The 1%, Amor II represents a vision of luxury shaped around freedom, privacy, and proximity to nature. From its solar-powered energy system and electric propulsion to its primary suite, private Jacuzzi, and expansive terraces, the Watersuite transforms life on the water into a highly personal residential experience.
As the boundaries between luxury yacht ownership, waterfront real estate, and experiential hospitality continue to evolve, Amor II places the residence directly on the water—turning the surrounding landscape into part of the home.
