Glenfiddich and Aston Martin Formula One Continue Their Luxury Journey Through Fine Wine and Spirits
Glenfiddich has unveiled the latest chapter of its collaboration with the Aston Martin Formula One Team, introducing a new limited edition 16 Year Old single malt that celebrates precision, craftsmanship, and the artistry shared between two iconic luxury brands.

The exclusive release further strengthens the connection between high performance engineering and the refined world of Fine wine and spirits.
The new expression follows the successful debut of the partnership’s inaugural whiskies and reflects a shared philosophy that extraordinary achievements are built through meticulous attention to detail. Inspired by Glenfiddich Malt Master Brian Kinsman and Aston Martin Formula One’s renowned technical expert Adrian Newey, the whisky represents the pursuit of excellence through patience, innovation, and mastery.
Brian Kinsman crafted the whisky using five carefully selected cask types, including first fill Bourbon barrels, Port pipes, Oloroso Sherry casks, wine casks, and Fino Sherry butts. Each cask contributes its own distinctive character, creating a refined single malt with layers of creamy toffee, caramelised sugar, elegant fruit notes, and gentle oak.
Bottled at 43 percent ABV, the limited edition expression embodies Glenfiddich’s long standing commitment to exceptional whisky making while celebrating the precision and creativity that define Formula One engineering.
The partnership reflects the growing relationship between luxury spirits and elite lifestyle experiences. Across motorsport, private aviation, haute horology, and fine dining, premium whisky continues to occupy a central place within the world’s most prestigious luxury occasions.
For Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Fine wine and spirits remain an increasingly important category within the wider luxury ecosystem. According to the Knight Frank Wealth Report, more than 426,000 Ultra High Net Worth Individuals worldwide continue to expand their collections of passion assets, with rare whisky recognised as one of the most sought after collectible categories. The BCG and Altagamma True Luxury Global Consumer Insights Report also forecasts that more than 300 million new luxury consumers will enter the global market over the coming years, reinforcing long term demand for heritage driven brands and exceptional craftsmanship.
Available through selected luxury retailers including Selfridges and Master of Malt, the new Glenfiddich and Aston Martin Formula One 16 Year Old release offers collectors an opportunity to experience a whisky inspired by two worlds united through precision, innovation, and artistry.
For The 1%, collaborations such as this represent far more than limited edition releases. They illustrate how Fine wine and spirits continue to evolve through partnerships that celebrate craftsmanship, heritage, and timeless luxury, creating experiences that resonate well beyond the bottle itself.
