Harrods Interior Design Makes Its U.S. Debut with $50M Penthouse Collaboration in Miami

At the heart of this collaboration is The Knightsbridge Penthouse, a four bedroom masterpiece priced at $50 million. Located atop the South Tower and spanning nearly 8,000 square feet, this customizable residence is designed to offer rarefied living elevated by bespoke services.

It includes panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, multiple terraces, a private outdoor pool, and interiors curated by Harrods Interior Design—a firm revered for its work on historic estates and ultra luxury hotels across Europe and the United Kingdom.

Each buyer at The Residences will receive a complimentary design consultation from Harrods, with the option to access the full spectrum of the firm’s services, from concept and sourcing to final installation. Materials such as Taj Mahal marble, Murano glass, and veined travertine form the backdrop to a residence where every element is intentional and collectible.

Signature features include a 24 karat gold Dornbracht shower, Swarovski crystal accented PENT gym equipment, and a rooftop wellness pavilion suspended 800 feet above the city, complete with a lap pool and Himalayan salt sauna.

Internationally acclaimed designers Tristan Auer and Laura Gonzalez have also been commissioned to contribute their signature touch to the interiors throughout the complex.
